This deck seemed really powerful when we were playing it but Im not sure how I feel with having 12x U draw spells that really dont do much besides filter. I think I would -1 Draw +1 Snapcaster, -2 Draw +2 Mana Leak, -1 Draw +1 Terminate.

The backbone of the deck are Cabal therapy and young pyromancer imo, I dont think you really want to play that many lands or 3 drops in the deck. The list I was working on looked like this:
